At Heating Bargains we want you to be delighted with your purchase. We are friendly, approachable people who would prefer to resolve matters amicably without the need for regulations. Please email us or call us and will aim for a best solution going forward.
We will use reasonable endeavours to do so on any specified date we agree, or if no date is specified, within 10 days of the date of your order. In rare circumstances we may not be able to deliver the Products within these timescales and we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the Products. In the event that a delivery does not take place, we and you will agree an alternative delivery date or offer you a full refund at your convenience.
We recommend that you do not schedule or commence any installation work until after you have received your ordered Products and checked all of them for any defects or missing parts as any associated costs or losses will not be covered in case of a delivery failure.
You must do all that you reasonably can to enable delivery to take place at the given time and place. If you delay delivery, or delivery fails because you have not taken appropriate steps, we will need to arrange an alternative delivery date. If delivery fails as a result of circumstances within your reasonable control (for example, you are not present at the delivery location to accept delivery), the cost of any re-delivery shall be borne by you. If we are unable to arrange a date for re-delivery we may cancel your order and refund to you the price that you have paid for the Products, less the failed delivery costs.
Returns (unwanted products)
We will abide by the 14 days “cooling off” period established by distance selling regulations. Return postage must be covered by the buyer and you must ensure that the product is returned to us complete and received in salable condition. This means unopened and without damages to the box or product, this includes writing, stickers, tape, etc..
To request a return within the time frame established please write to us via email or call us and we will instruct you where to send the products.
We reserve the right to charge a refurbishment fee of 40% of the value of the product when the above conditions are not met or fully reject the item. Therefore, please make sure you use a reliable carrier and respective insurance as we are unable to cover for carrier damage during return transit.
Whilst we would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase there are certain time limits we need to put in place to make sure we can keep bringing you low prices.
We will provide you with 7 days as reasonable time to inspect the products and make sure that these have arrived safely. However we recommend checking the products in the next 48 hours received as this will allow for us to issue a replacement product faster and avoid last minute inconveniences.
Warranty covers replacement of product or refund only. Our warranty does not cover any consequential losses whatsoever. Claims for consequential losses will not be entertained.
We may update, vary and amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice. Each time you order or otherwise purchase a Product from us, the Terms in force at that time will apply.
Obviously we will always comply with the necessary consumer protection regulation including those listed below.
